Return Eligibility

At Evolique, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging included.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund. We also cannot accept returns for products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
